At PRK, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Below is our policy regarding damages, warranties, and shipping to ensure a smooth experience for our valued customers.

 

Return Policy

 

We strive to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards. As such, we do offer full returns for damage and defection. If manufacturer error does occur the entirety of the returns shipping costs will be taken care of by us.

 

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at PRKCREWCO@GMAIL.COM within 2 WEEKS of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Once the issue is verified, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.

 

We understand that sizing and preferences can vary, so we do allow exchanges for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To initiate an exchange, email us within 2 WEEKS of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Damages Policy

If your item is damaged during shipping, we ask that you inspect the package upon delivery. If significant damage is visible, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. For damages discovered after unpacking, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, along with a detailed description of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, provide a partial refund, or issue a return shipping label for the damaged product.

 

Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a specific duration from the date of purchase, typically one year. This includes issues like structural defects or manufacturing flaws in materials or workmanship. However, it does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, impact-related damage, or unauthorized modifications. To file a warranty claim, email us at PRKCREWCO@GMAIL.COM with proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. Once reviewed, we may repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

 

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks, and you will receive tracking information once your order ships. PRK is individually owned so please be patient. We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and chosen shipping method. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.
