Returns, Warranty, Shipping & Customer Protection

 

At PRK, we take pride in producing high-quality snowboarding apparel designed for performance, durability, and creative expression. As a small independent brand, every product is carefully designed and produced in limited runs.


The policies below are designed to create transparency for customers while also protecting both parties during the purchasing process.


By placing an order with PRK, customers acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

 


 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 


We strive to ensure every product meets our quality standards. However, if an issue arises, we will work to resolve it quickly.


 

Manufacturing Defects

 


If your item has a verified manufacturing defect, PRK will replace or repair the item at no cost.


Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.


To submit a claim please email:

Include:


• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the defect

• Photo of the full product


Once reviewed and approved, PRK may offer:


• Product replacement

• Repair

• Store credit

• Refund (at our discretion)


PRK will cover return shipping only for confirmed manufacturing defects.

 


 

 

Exchanges (Sizing or Preference)

 


We understand sizing preferences vary.


We allow exchanges if the item:


• Is unused

• Is unwashed

• Has no visible wear

• Is returned in original packaging


Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while PRK will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.


PRK reserves the right to deny exchanges if the product shows signs of use or damage after delivery.

 


 

 

Damaged Items (Shipping Damage)

 


If your package arrives visibly damaged:

 

  1. Refuse the package if possible

  2. Contact us immediately.

 


If damage is discovered after opening, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please include:


• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

• Order number

• Description of the damage


Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim due to carrier reporting requirements.

 


 

 

Warranty Policy

 


PRK products are covered by a limited warranty for manufacturing defects for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.


Covered under warranty:


• Manufacturing defects

• Material defects

• Construction flaws


Not covered:


• Normal wear and tear

• Damage from riding impacts or accidents

• Damage caused by misuse or neglect

• Improper washing or care

• Modifications or alterations to the product

• Cosmetic wear from regular use


PRK reserves the right to determine whether damage qualifies as a manufacturing defect.


Warranty claims may result in:


• Repair

• Replacement

• Store credit


Warranty replacements are subject to product availability due to limited production runs.

 


 

 

Shipping Policy

 


Orders are typically processed within 1–2 weeks, though processing times may vary during product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods.


PRK is an independently owned brand, and many products are produced in limited quantities. We appreciate your patience during fulfillment.


Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping carriers may include:


• USPS

• UPS

• DHL

• Other regional carriers


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:


• Order size

• Destination

• Shipping speed selected

 


 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 


Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, PRK is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


If your package is delayed or lost:


• Contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number

• Then contact us if assistance is needed


We will help initiate carrier investigations when necessary.

 


 

 

Delivered Packages

 


Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.


PRK is not responsible for:


• Stolen packages

• Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout


Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

 


 

 

Fraud Protection & Chargebacks

 


PRK maintains records of:


• Order confirmations

• Shipping confirmations

• Tracking information

• Delivery confirmations

• Customer communications


Filing a chargeback without first contacting PRK to resolve an issue may be considered fraudulent activity.


We strongly encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve any concerns.


In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, PRK reserves the right to submit all supporting documentation to the payment processor, including delivery confirmation and order records.


Customers who file fraudulent disputes may be restricted from future purchases.

 


 

 

Order Cancellations

 


Due to the limited nature of PRK releases, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
